Worst customer experience at the Waco location. Ordered shoes and guy by the name of Ron ordered them. Went in and they were not the ones we wanted. He was called to the desk ans just looked at us and said what is wrong with them, you read the book. Wrong, he never allowed us to look at the book he told us price and said you want them or not. He refused to give us money back so we called management and never got an answer! We live like 50miles away so we were trying to get ahold of her but she never answered! Finally got ahold of her and we went back to exchange shoes from the store because now we can't order the original shoes we asked to be ordered in the first place because they can't do that! Next day husband wears shoes and they don't feel right, checks them and realizes they gave us 2 different shoe sizes! We should've checked them but we didn't most places are really good about making sure shoes are same size! It feels like this guy did this intentionally. Will be making a this trip again for the third time! This Ron guy was rude. If you don't like your job, get another one!
