I bought a couch and a bed Suite CASH and after waiting a month for it all to arrive which I agreed too after it arrived 3 days later the couch was broke and it took a month for a tech to come then 3 weeks for the part to arrive and a week for the tech to come back and install and it didnt fix everything and now 2 and a half months later by bed is BROKE!!!! The couch still has a wood board broke in it and was delivered like that. UPDATED: After a manager contacted me after reading the original post I talked to him on and off all afternoon and not only did he go above and beyond to fix the issues he also was very apologetic and understood my frustration.

Brad was very helpful, patient and easy to work with! Grateful for his help today. We found exactly what we wanted!!

Great experience in and out fast with exactly what I came in for. Sales person was very helpful on the best deals available and helpful with all questions.
