Go somewhere else. Very disappointed in the attention to detail with this company. I ordered $7,000 worth of glass from them and realized after a period of time that one of the windows was not symmetrical (as compared to the other ene). I requested them to come back out and change it and the answer, "Out of warranty". This was after it took multiple calls to try to get ahold of Chris and no answer. highly recommend you stay away from this business and go somewhere else. When I indicated I wasn't happy, the answer was, "well, sorry" in a sarcastic tone and you should have called sooner. Actually, they should have put in the right piece of glass in the first place.

I was very disappointed with the overall experience. Trying to get my shower glass installed was a nightmare. I was quoted to have my job to be done 5-7 days from the time I place the order 8/21. It was not installed until today. Communication was terrible. TO place the oder I had repeated call Chris one of the salespeople numerous times. He finally came out and measured. I called to see if a change could be made and trying to get an answer was llike pulling teeth. it took several calls and 3 days from the initial call to finally get an answer. I was told that in 5 days no later than 7 days guaranteed I would get a call to set up the actual appointment. I never recieved it. I started calling on Wed. of the next week and finally was able to get an answer and was told the glass wasn't ready but Thursday another truck would come in. Again no call I called trying to reach Chris and Jason one of the owners said that there was nothing he was willing to do to get it in and was very insensitive and even chuckled at me over the phone. I waited again and was told by Jason it would be in on 9/4 for sure and he would call me. No phone call at all. I called on Wed. several times finally I receieved a call back. Arranged for install today and the guy that came out was not on time. He did the job but left a mess in the shower stall and even scratched the wall . When I informed him about it he offered no appology and even told me how did I know that it wasn't there already. Don't trust them they are liars!
