Provided by YP.comUnderstaffed they give you a run around answer to your question when they asked for something from your regular doctor and more than 75% they are slow and you wait up to 2 or more hours to get to the floor to donate and 75% of the time the equipment is not working

Provided by YP.comI went there today. since my maiden name is not the same as my middle name, they rejected me! I showed up at 1:00. I was told this at 2:30! Truth is they did not want to be bothered by any donors! They wanted to make sure every one was out of there! I have been donating plasma for a long time! I know how the operation is supposed to work! This is NOT at all acceptable! A Woman named DAWN was obviously doing her part to sabotage the Company she works for! ????wHERE IS THE OFFICE MANAGEMENT?

Provided by YPmobileThis place is ridiculously understaffed! Have a room full of beds but no machines or staff to operate them. The lines can take an hr or more before you even sit in a bed. Getting to were it's not worth it! This place is plenty profitable but takes too many short cuts. They have one employee with a tat on her neck that picks and chooses who she wants to stick and unless your black you are skipped over

Provided by YP.comIf you care anything about your health DO NOT GO HERE. Arrived with the majority of the staff outside smoking blunts. Then i went inside. The staff were terrifying looking, smelled horrible and used the f-word every other word. After waiting an hour and a half they went to take my plasma and the nurse wore the same gloves she had on while cleaning and touching the machines. then another nurse came wearing the same gloves from another patient with blood STILL ON THEM! i kindly said thanks but ill come back and i tried to leave and they WOULDN'T LET ME LEAVE! they held me down and stuck the needle in with the same gloves. i demanded they take it out then i begged. finally they let me go. WARNING: DONT GO HERE!! Zero stars is not possible or i would've checked zero.

Provided by YP.comI became a new donor the day CSL plasma opened it's location in Waco, and have been donating twice a week since then. The staff shows professionalism, and treats each person, regardless of age, race, or socioeconomic status with dignity and respect. All equipment and machines are clean and organized, and it is a safe environment to donate plasma, while helping to save lives, and getting fairly compensated for our time. I encourage anyone in the Waco area to visit, and see for yourself. Bring a friend or two!
