I would not recommend leasing a property through this company. The agent Rose is really rude and has no consideration for the clients. I dont know why people even have them be their leasing company because they do nothing. If I have an issue with the house I have to wait for them to call the landlord and hope someone comes. When we first moved in the house, two days later the whole house got flooded because the pipes needed to be snaked. The house had sat empty and a tree root got in the pipes. I was 5months pregnant, with two young children and hadn't even moved all our stuff in and it took 4 days before anyone came out. then they didn't solve the problem. It was sunday and they said no plumber was willing to come out. We called Roto rooter guy and he came out within an hour. I have never been late on a payment and I don't call about dumb things. Now our issue is the water to the tube won't turn off. It has been running for almost 24 hours now. I can't imagine what my water bill is gonna be. the lady said I have to wait here all day for someone to come out. I called at 9 am it is now 1:20 and still no one. I will not be renewing my lease with this company. I am furious. DON"T RENT FROM THEM
