Guerra Brothers were late each and every time we were to meet and then they did over $5,000 damage to the floors of my house when they did not shut off the water to the washing machine after disconnecting it. They refused to file a claim with their insurance, if they have it, and Stella was rude every single time anyone called her. Do NOT ever use this company! Pay a bit more and work with professionals!

Made an appointment with Estella Guerra. They showed up three hours late. No one spoke English. A few days later I went to their Facebook page to write a review and I was shocked at what I saw. They took photos of my home along with all my belongings. The caption read "my home is your home." When I went through the boxes and furniture I noticed that a lot of my high end stuff was gone. I went to file a report and was told Estella Guerra is under investigation for running drugs.

This is the WORST moving company! They gave me an over-the-phone estimate. I kept telling Estella that I had 2 storage units full of household goods. I also told her that it was equivalent to a large 2 bedroom house. She gave me a very inexpensive estimate and I was worried that something was wrong, but was glad about the price. I NEVER got an online confirmed estimate. I had to call them several times to be sure it was right. I met the office person, Anna, and signed a contract -- I also took pictures of the units to show her how much stuff I was moving. The day of the move they didn't show up so I called them several times to confirm. Finally a mover called to ask where I was---they didn't even know where to go and they were bringing a truck that was too small. They wanted to change the estimate or leave half my stuff and charge me to later move the rest. Now I'm sitting here with no rent house to go to and I have to pay another months storage fee AND find another mover! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!

I scheduled my move with Stella about a week before my move from Austin to Waco. I confirmed the time and date again with her at the end of my phone call. On moving day, the movers appeared to be running late. Thirty minutes after my scheduled time, I called to make sure that they weren't lost. The office manager informed me that she didn't know anything about this job. She proceeded to yell at me for being upset that I was two hours away without movers, cursed at me, and hung up on me (twice). I asked for the owner to call me back. She did not call me back until the following day, so I was forced to hire last minute movers in Austin, which cost me several hundred additional dollars. The conversations with both Stella and the office manager were extremely unprofessional. Both became extremely personal and inappropriate. The reason given for the breach of verbal agreement was that they originally wrote my phone number down wrong (they did not ask me to confirm it in the initial call).

I used Guerra Brothers Moving Comapny located in Waco, Texas. They did a fantastic job, very professional and safe. The guys were very nice, took care of my items they shrink wrap my dressers and they used alot of security blakets so my furniture will not get sctratched. I will highley recommend Guerra Brothers Moving Company they are professional and Intellegent. Love their Discounts.
