These people who work at this HHS Location, are BEYOND unprofessional. They never want to answer the phone. And when they do, They take almost 10 minutes to answer if you're lucky. I've called them many, many times for the same problem I had. And the lady at the front desk kept forwarding my calls to another person their every time I called again for my Issue. Whom also, NEVER answers the phone, and NEVER gives a call back even when you leave a voicemail. So please, If you plan to contact them on phone for any Issue it may be, Don't waste your time. You're better off calling the HHS located in Austin, Tx. Or going in person.
