The office staff is horrible. They are rude and interrogate you when you try and make an appointment. nurse Peggy is rude and not helpful, several times prescriptions the Dr. told her to call in were never sent to the pharmacy. Dr. hinds is nice but the hassle of the office makes my family never want to go in.

I read the review below and was hesitant to go to Meredith. But because I was moving from Houston to Waco and had to get my son's two month appointment in ASAP, I decided to accept the opening. Overall, Meredith was amazing. She was sweet, kind, happy, and genuine. She made myself and my 2 month old very comfortable. She's as sweet as can be! I'm so happy we got the chance to have her, and will continue using her. It's unfortunate the other person on this review had a bad experience. Please don't judge Meredith on any reviews. Go in and give her a chance yourself. You won't be disappointed!!!

PNP Meredith Murphree is new to the scott and white pediatrics in Waco. I must say, she did not even attempt to make my 18 mos old feel comfortable. She was very rude and I felt she did unecessary things to my son. I will never allow any of my children to be seen by her. She was completely rude and belittling me every chance she could. My son and I had the worst experience we've ever had there before. I will never let any of my children see her again.
