This is the only place I could be seen for my workman's comp injury. Everyone else turned their nose up. I am glad they did. Injury One was great. Everyone took their time to explain things in a way that I could understand. They never treated me bad. I recommend them to everyone!

Stand by me.........

I have been with Injury One for many years and will be with them for most likely for a couple more years. I have to say from a patient's point of view WC is extremely frustrating at times and requires patience. WC not only frustrates patients it ties the hands of the employees working within it's guidelines. I personally have fought for my health care and Injury One has stood beside me in getting me every bit of care I deserve and need. I have watched the clinic's employees deal with patient needs with a caring and compassionate attitude in a very difficult WC system. As for my care they have always supported me in good and bad times I have had in this long and difficult journey and will support me as long as I need them. I appreciate the compassion I have been shown from the doctors, management and front line employees. To hear "how are you feeling" to smiles and just to talk with professionals who understand what I go through on a daily basis. These little things I see done not only with me but with others I watch when at the clinic. My daughter and especially my granddaughters would put their stamp of approval to the clinic for helping their dad/granddad to cope with a extremely difficult situation my accident did to change my life. My story is just one of many difficult stories dealt with inside the walls of the clinic. I am just glad for the support, compassion and professionalism I have been shown and would not be with the quality of life I have without the whole staff of Injury One.

This place is a joke! They will not answer you calls or email. They are only trying to get every last dime they can from the WC insurance then they are done. Place should be closed by the state, what a waste of time! They don't deserve one star!
