The park is enchanting! Tall trees, lots of shade, and lots of green. Clean all over. No trash or debris anywhere. Yes, it is very close to I-35 and the traffic noise is constant, but if one can overcome this minor disturbance, it is a wonderful park to stay in. Two very spacious and accommodating bathrooms, with safety bars, hot water, a/c, even literature! One of the two has a wheelchair ramp. The laundry area is clean and organized, and the washers and dryers actually work! Unlike other parks that I've visited, where it takes two or maybe even three times of feeding money onto the dryer to end up with somewhat warm clothes, the ones in this park are in top working shape. Wi-fi, electricity, water, and sewer access without any trouble. The park manager greeted us in person upon arrival. I'm new at towing a 19-ft trailer and find it challenging to back up into my space, so I asked the park manager for help and he actually parked my trailer in no time.Super safe, security cameras.

Our visit to North Crest RV park was a planned stay after visiting several other local RV parks, looking and comparing each before selecting this park. We selected this park because the RV spaces were large, spacious, clean and well kept, and every RV space was shaded from beautiful, large trees. It is easily accessible, convenient, and not off the beaten path; it is right off I.H.-35, on the west/southbound side, and traffic noise from the interstate traffic is hardly noticeable. Upon arrival, the owner of the park, "Park Mark", met us promptly and led us to our space, assisted us in placing and parking our RV, and was great in making sure we had every thing we needed. He explained and showed us where the laundry, propane station, garbage station, and other amenities were located within the park. It quickly became very obvious that "Park Mark" had a great passion for his park and pride in its condition. Great park, great owner, great service. Highly Recommend it when in the Waco area.

THIS IS A VERY NICE CLEAN PARK. THE MANAGEMENT IS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL 24 HRS A DAY. THE PEOPLE HERE ARE ALSO FRIENDLY AND TRUSTWORTHY. ITS PEACEFUL AND SECURE.STORAGE AVAILABLE NEXT DOOR,CLOSE TO MAJOR SHOPPING A COUPLE MILES AWAY.ALSO LOTS OF THINGS TO DO IN THE VICINITY(.CLOSE TO THE LAKE ) THEY ARE PET FRIENDLY AND HAVE MAIL BOXES AND A VERY NICE LAUNDRY ROOM.REASONABLE RATES YOU WILL APPRECIATE!
