Provided by YPmobileRussell is very shady. Sold my brother a car with frame damage and didnt disclose that in the sale, just said had minor damage. Then they agreed to give back $750, but changed their mind and stop paid the check. Will never do business here and suggest no one else does either

Provided by YP.comI usually don't write reviews, but this dealer did a poor job. I looked at a few vehicles that this dealer had on his lot. I found one I was interested in and asked him if I could take it to my mechanic to have a look at. He obliged, which I appreciated. The mechanic checked the vehicle out and found there was oil buildup (sludge to be more exact) and concluded that at some point there was damage done to the engine. I took the vehicle back to the dealer thinking I might be able to swing a deal with some conditions. When I walked in he asked me what I thought and I said I liked the truck, but my mechanic said it has some problems. I mentioned the oil problem and he immediately said, "Well, thanks for wasting my time" in a blunt tone. It was 5:45 when I had returned the vehicle so I guess that really put him out (don't most car dealers stay open later than that)? I was pretty stunned when I heard that comment considering I hadn't even said whether or not I wanted to purchase the vehicle. He then said, "Well, I'm going home, bye." Again, appalled that this "car salesman" would treat a customer this way. Wouldn't a decent salesmen/dealer say something like, "Well, is there a price you had in mind to try and make this work?" or "Sorry that vehicle didn't work out. I've got 10 others on the lot you might be interested in, have you looked at them?" After his second comment I said see ya and started toward the door. As I was walking out he said, "Well, you didn't want to buy the car did you? You didn't want to buy the car right? You didn't want to buy it?" I ignored him and kept on walking, this guy actually thought I would respond to him after the way I was treated. Anyway, that was my experience, hopefully yours is better.
