I have been taking my toy schnauzer Maddie here for about 3 years and they are always nice to us when we are there. They do a great job with her cuts and always ask me how I want her done since I change it up for seasons. If I have questions about things they are always respectful and give me advice on products to groom her at home with. Thank yall for taking good care of my sweet girl!

I just can say they've done a good job on my Yorkie dog and are real curtious and careing people!!!

Terrible customer service does not even begin to describe my experience. First , my appointment was never noted, and somehow that was my fault. It was made very clear that my business was not welcome, as the owner mumbled things under her breath, and even insulted me by saying, "Dont get an attitude!" I will do all I can to warn others about this skeleton of a pet grooming business. There are plenty of other more professional pet grooming businesses with a higher standard for customer service.
