Quality is VERY poor, they have gone from consigning to buying, they practically STEAL your items, by making you sign an agreement that you will accept what they offer no matter what, taking away your choice if accepting their offer/purchanse price, when you tell them that you want more and will just take your items back, you are told that its too late, they have tagged them already, so you are forced to take what they offer not matter what. Leslie the owner is very rude, employees are snobby and their quality has gone way down from what it use to be.
