To whom it may concern,
Today my wife and I got our, propane tank delivered and installed on our property. I wanted to forward my thoughts on our experience being I was a manager of 97 employees in my past and run my own custom furniture business for the last 10 years. Point being, I know what good customer service is as well as poor. My experience has proven most employees only hear the negative when reviewed.
Theodore and David were our techs today for our installation. I’ve never been so impressed by two guys in that capacity. Very knowledgeable, never cocky or arrogant, hard working and just all around great employees. Not only am I impressed by them, I’m equally impressed with StarTex as a company. We called Nelson I think it is in Mexia and the price for leasing a tank changed 3 times in 4 weeks. Basically rude and not courteous to people wanting to pay them for propane. Even the delivery man Mark, whom we met first on a referral from Ike Neal, was so nice and helpful. M Basically my wife and I are very impressed with StarTex and will be telling anyone who asks what our experience has been like. Social media sites like Google will be reviewed with these compliments.
