Rebecca Sorenson (Hagar is her married last name) was unprofessional. I sent pictures of my request. Didn't get anywhere near what I wanted. Went back again and she attempted an easy fix (toning) which I wasn't pleased with. When requesting an actual fix she informed me I would pay. She offered a color glaze, only after I talked to the owner and the glaze from what I researched would only last a week. When I questioned the process she retracted her offer and stated she was done doing business with me. Communication was poor. Customer service was poor. Not impressed!
