I'm having quite a bit of work done on my teeth (crowns, implants, etc)
Dr. Conrad seems to really know what she is doing.
Really like the staff.
I have been treated like family.
Great place to go if you need some dental work.

I absolutely love these people. So nice and welcoming. Very down to earth but also professional at the same time

Doc and Staff are very friendly and accommodating. I broke a tooth and needed to be seen right away. They got me in (even as a new patient) and took care of my cleaning, my x-rays, and fixed the tooth all in one visit! Dr. Conrad is very easy going - but thorough and professional at the same time. The rest of my family will be switching over shortly!

When I moved to the Wadsworth area two years ago, I needed a dentist. I'll admit I might not be the easiest to please coming from a dental research background at P&G in Cincinnati. Also, I had the a personal friend as a dentist for years.

All that said, I can assure you she's competent and professional and has a excellent ability to work with her patients. A rare and real joy!

Dr. Conrad completely ignored my complaints about the level of pain I was in and the massive swelling that was resulting from an infection in my tooth that developed after she filled one of my teeth. Instead of presenting me with the option to take an xray to properly determine what the cause of the issue was she simply filled down the tooth. Her reasoning she told her staff member, and not myself who was less than 2 feet away, was that since the insurance wouldn't pay for it she wasn't going to do it. Because she didn't address the infection it proceeded to get worse. The office manager was never very pleasant to deal with and even blamed me for the problem in one phone call. I never received calls back from her or her office when I called about my swelling. At one point the swelling expanded into my neck and I went to the ER. They prescribed me an antibiotic and recommended that I demand she take an xray. I walked into her office when it opened and asked to be seen as soon as possible. Only because I was sitting in her lobby with my neck looking like it might explode did she make time to see me and take the xray. She then immediately referred me to someone else who handled the situation better and help me to recover. My family will never go back to see Dr.Conrad.
