I have alwsys had a great experience at this McDonald's great crew pleaser managers I know from experience how hard it is in the fast food industry no one ever wants to give a good report people only want to say something about their experiences when it's bad.

Customers aren't at all the focus here

I am a general manager at a family dining restaurant in Muskogee and although I understand that in the food industry mistakes are made but this McDonalds has really left a bad taste in my mouth. Today was not the first time I've has a bad experience. A few weeks ago I ran through the drive thru to get dinner for my family of 7. When I get home I'm missing a few cheeseburgers. I worked all day and didn't feel like making a big deal over a few dollars. Another time a week ago I stopped in for breakfast and ordered a bunch of burritos, most of which we had to cut off the ends because they were to hard to bite into for my kids. Again didn't want to make a big deal over something small. But today I'm swearing off this store all together. Which is a lot of money if you consider each visit a few times a week is over thirty dollars. Today I went through the drive thru and ordered 7 double cheeseburgers 2 McChickens with extra mayo, 5 orders ofsmall fries, 9 cookies, and my food the new clubhouse crispy chicken meal. When I pulled up to the second window I could see the girl playing around and another worker attempting to mop under the girls feet. I got my drink and then she handed me a bag I asked if that was everything and she carelessly said yea. When I got home my kids and I unloaded the bag. We found only the two chicken sandwiches and 6 burgers and 5 fries. Of course the kids were very upset by not having the cookies. I was equally upset by not having the meal that I paid almost $8 for. I called the store and explained my story. I was told that the meal would be replaced bc they just threw out the food since I drove off. I WAS TOLD MY FOOD WAS IN THE BAG AND DIDN'T JUST DRIVE OFF! Obviously the focus is not on the customer considering when I did go get the food I paid for and dove home I still was missing a double cheeseburger and my clubhouse crispy chicken was in fact a burger. Not only are you losing my business but that of my friends and family. Where I work we make sure the guest leaves feeling like they were made whole. You need to reevaluate your focus because I'm sure I'm not the only customer that's had problems.
