Naked Cow is a small Family dairy farm in Waianae Hawaii and the only one on Oahu. Unable to compete with mainland milk production, we began to create Gourmet Butters and Artisan Cheeses to add value to our milk. To be sustainable we depend only on local feed, grass , sugar cane molasses, pineapple, Kiawe beans, Macadamia and Kakui nut by-products to name a few. Reducing our Carbon Hoof-Print.
