His staff is difficult and his back office is family (wife-(Joyce). I was attempting to work through insurance issues but was not ALLOWED to call the family staff to get this resolved. The first month they never returned my call costing me a lot of money. Today they called I missed it and immediately returned their call through the main office and asked for a return call. Surprise. No call. This is no way to run a business and just adds additional stress to what we are already experiencing. BTW Dr. Chester's Back office staff "wife at home" blocked her number when she called or I could have called her directly back. Is this a business line or a home line? Bet it's a home line and he writes it off on taxes but for some reason patients have no access to this quasi business line? The office staff refused to give it to me the first time too hence the month delay and extreme added COST TO ME!
