I would like to warn everyone of the very very poor quality of service that Teri Edmonds is responsible for at her business . Ms. Edmonds on the surface has a very winning presentation on the phone and in person. I personally contracted with her to repair/refurbish an exercise system called the TRX that I had planned on giving to a friend of mine as a gift. The TRX I provided to Ms Edmonds was used and had a broken buckle. I provided Ms. Edmonds with the buckles for replacement and showed Ms Edmonds my current TRX system that I wanted Ms. Edmonds to use as a model to refurbish the unit that needed repair. Ms. Edmonds examined and compared the two models and said she could do the job for $65.00 which had to be paid up front. I agreed to the price and paid her the amount up front, which I now conclude was my second mistake. The first was going to her shop and falling for her personality and trusting her to be competent. Pursuant to that, I had to make three trips to her store to get the TRX, that she said was ready for pick up, only to find errors and incomplete work done to the product on those visits. My third biggest mistake was upon my last visit only glancing over the unit and accepting it expecting it to be finally corrected and not thoroughly examining the product prior to offering it to my friend. The pro-ported repairs, I assumed were finally done correctly, having pointed out needed corrections upon my previous several visits complicated by arguing with this belligerent women was disappointed to see come undone during our attempted use during our exercise program. Ms. Edmonds final work was described by my friend as "looks like a 8 year olds work" and I was told the gift wasn't acceptable as it looked to be a mess. Again very embarrassing.

Ms. Edmonds is not a capable craftswoman and I assume that is why she has learned to demand the repair money upfront prior to accepting the work. She herself has no confidence in her work yet puts on a capable external facade with her looks and artificial smile. Beware, Beware.
