Flat Rate Services will only cost $75, even if it takes us several hours to complete. The only additional costs are for additional hardware or software that you don't already have (i.e., New version of Windows, Microsoft Office, etc.) We don't charge you for the software that we use to solve your problem. If you have your own software or hardware that you would like to use, there is no additional charge from us! If you need additional hardware or software, we have special rates that you can't find in the stores and we never use pirated software.
