This company went above and beyond to help create my vision. We came to Hawaii for my dad's 70th birthday. I wanted a big, beautiful, tripical bouquet to be waiting at our rental house when we arrived. We arrived on January 1st and so the flower shop was closed. The staff at Nicco Floral Design delivered the flowers the day before and left them outside the house so that houskeeping could put them inside the day that we arrived. The rental house was remote and behind a locked gate with a code. Despite all of the detailed instructions I gave them and the complicated nature of the delivery, they made sure that my dream came true. When we arrived at the house and my dad saw that gorgeous bouquet sitting on the table with the card from us, he had tears in his eyes. Thank you Nicco Floral Design for being so amazing!

don't use them..



I ordered flowers for my wedding one week in advance as requested..I kept in contact with this business but was not informed until the day prior to pick up that I had no flowers. There was an "issue" with the order. I was never informed about this issue and only found out when hubby called owner to set up time to pick order it. Owner was to call hubby back later that evening with a update but did not.



Needless to say I was upset..shop owner thought I was "bitter older bride" (among other things she said).



Luckily I found another florist who at the last day could put it all together for me!
