Manager Agnes was very rude and not helpful. It was probably late in the evening and she wanted to close out and go home. She doesn't speak English well because she has a strong filipino accent. As a manager you need strong communication skills and customer service skills. She just walks away from me when I am asking her a question. I will call the corporate office about her bad service. They need to train their managers better to stay in business.
