I worked in a restaurant for 5+ years so I know what good customer service is. When I had ordered catering, there was a miscommunication and it came out to more than what I expected. I had already paid, but I wanted a smaller pan. I had to wait about 10th minutes before they were able to refund my money because they didn't know how to do the void transaction. Meanwhile, none of the employees bothered to let me know what was going on. When they did the void and charged me for the small pan, I waited another 10 minutes for the food! Why is there a wait time if all they had to do was transfer the food from one pan to another? To top it off, everyone else's orders were flying out AND someone else ordered a small pan of lechon!!! Finally, when the waitress looked at me standing right there, she realized I didn't get my order yet so she gave me the one that came out. So the order I took wasn't even made for me!! Had I not been standing right in front of her, I would've waited even longer!!! Other than the customer service and the hanging fly traps, their food is good.
