Well, there's nothing wrong with the look of the restaurant or the staff. I was helped by Nathan during off of hours and he was great. However I found it quite sad that the staff were made to call out "Famous food coming out!" as they exited the kitchen, or "I'm 'Famous [name] and I'll be your server today." Really weird and unnecessary and it's just desperate feeling on the behalf of the owners of the place – not like I know who they are. Besides that, the drinks will cost you about $7.50 for anything besides a beer and the meat is just disappointing. I had went back after YEARS and my mouth was watering as I ordered... Well, I received the brisket and the rib tips as part of my two-meat-meal and both tasted the same. My friend had a really fatty slice of brisket so she would probably rate the food lower than I did. Anyway, the BBQ sauces they supply at the table aren't quite good anymore. It just feels like this place has switched to cheaper... everything. I wouldn't bother going here. Until they switch back to higher quality meats the prices just aren't worth it and I would research local places to go to. I'm really sorry to say this but they need to figure out their supply chain before I would give them my money again...
