If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is HORRIBLE! I had an accident where I was slightly rear ended..only a scratch and a dent. They told me that it would only be a week to fix the issue...ok. After a week, I received a call that the damage was more extensive than they'd thought so they needed to order more parts...ok. Was told a completion date (complete date promise number 2). The completion date approaches and I was told that the car was still in assembly and they gave me ANOTHER completion date...ok (completion date promise number 3). At this time I'm getting upset but it's whatever because I have a rental. The insurance company lets me know when I have to turn my rental in. I get yet ANOTHER call saying they need to change the completion date back a week...ok (completion date promise number 4). No big deal because I'd at least have my car back for the holidays. Oh did I mention at this point they had my car for over a month? So I call the day of the last promised completion date. Was told "oh I was just out there looking at your vehicle and it's still assembly. She goes on to try to tell me that it's a 40 day process and blah blah blah. Well if it's a 40 day process, why give me five completion dates?? Needless to say I am informing my insurance company to have them removed from their list.

Poor customer service. Initially they said the issue was corrected after we hit a pothole and brought it in to them for repairs, had to leave it an extra 2 days, they replaced a tire when we asked them not too. I was told he was too busy to not put the extremely expensive tire on, getting a return call is nearly impossible. Dealing with this place was a horrific experience.!!!!
