Provided by YP.comI had 2014 Ford explorer limited very happy with it. got oil changed decided to go across to just look to see what was new in the 2018 models salesman came out began talking told him I may be interested in trading but didn't want to go down in luxury he said ok. We looked and found another explorer I asked him if it had the same things as my 2014 limited had he said yes.so we made deal.but when I got home I realized that the luxuries was not on the vehicle as we were told! We went back in a couple weeks and told them we were not happy. They said they wanted to please us, but the only thing they said they could would cost us 6,000 more dollars and that was out of the question!! We are NOT happy or satisfied with the situation! We will not recommend Crossroad Ford to anyone and will not be going back for future purchases!!! Very disappointed in Crossroads Ford of Wake Forrest!!!

Provided by YP.comThis was the best car buying experience that I ever remember having (and I'm 50). Although we went into the dealership thinking we were 90 days out before making a purchase, Mark Anthony (Iapaluccio) the sales consultant was fantastic. Although he moved us forward in the sales process as any good sales consultant should, he was not pushy about it. He introduced us to the GM Dave Burrell who was also very accommodating. Finally, it all wrapped up with Glenn in Finance. My wife and I will not hesitate to recommend Crossroads Ford in Wake Forest.

Provided by YP.comTook my Honda CRV in to have "the works" done but also told them that brake lights are not working. Now it was only about 30 minutes before closing time. I told them if they discovered it was just bulbs to go ahead and replace them but that if more involved that I could just bring it back another time. I got a call less than 10 minutes later saying "it is NOT the bulbs and we don't have time to do anything else about lights"...so I said okay just do "the works" for now. I picked it up later that night (after hours). Took the car home and next day decided I would just check the bulbs to be sure it was not that simple. WHAT DO YOU KNOW...new bulbs was all that was wrong and fixed everything. I guess I will never know for sure but I don't think they even checked the bulbs - if they did how could they have told me that was NOT the problem?! Anyway...like I said I will still probably take cars there for service but I will just know that I can't necessarily trust everything they say.

Provided by YP.comWent there due to misbelief that good honest dealer to buy from. Should have left the moment I got there. Glad to sell you a automobile, but before you leave the lot with car, you better have found all the problems with it. Service after the sale the worst I have ever seen. Will not go back and will let everyone I know regrettable I'm for ever going there

Provided by YPmobileWe went in to simply look at a vehicle they had in stock to compare to another type of vehicle on another dealer's lot, just to try to decide which type we liked more. The one crossroads had was Red, my wife's least favorite color. We explained that we were not interested in that particular vehicle, but if they found the right color, we would be interested. Minutes later, there were two managers plus the salesman hounding us to buy this car right now, at closing time. We had our 19 month old with us, who was very ready for bedtime! They would not let up until we signed papers on this car, so I did, with the contract straying that I could void everything the next day if I wasn't satisfied. So, we drove it home and parked it in the garage. The next morning, I returned the car and told them to shred the paperwork, because once again, the car was still red. It was a nice car, but when u inform them it's not the one you're interested in and they are relentless, that's a little too much for me. The only way we could get enough time to compare the car without the pressure was to leave with it! I got in contact with a friend of mine, Allen at Mitchell Mill Motors, and he has been searching for the particular car my wife wants. At Mitchell Mill Motors, they do not play games or pressure anyone in any way. They are laid back, honest and very easy to deal with! I've purchased 2 vehicles there, and am working on a third!

Provided by YPmobileVERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
GM lacks the ability to do anything positive to help.
SM seems busy. Didn't do anything to help me with my situation.
Doesn't appear to be any knowledable staff. Staff will contradict each other all the time. While i was there they broke something on my vehicle 3 times. Each time Created just another trip to the service dept.
VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Provided by YP.comBought a used 2007 Ford Freestyle just over a month ago and bought the extended 3yr/36k mile warranty for protection against drive train and other issues. Scheduled the Freestyle to be serviced within 1 mo. of purchase but they were busy. So, ended up scheduling a week or so later because of poor gas mileage (like 19 on the highway) and a knocking/whining noise from the front end when the wheels are turned.
Wife went today and said they came back with $700 to repair strut bearings and a few other things. This is a very well known problem as well but they conveniently forgot to inspect this when they sold us the car. Will not be going back to this dealership or recommending anyone to them. The service dept. people seem nice and helpful but the sales dept. are rude and make you feel like dirt if your credit is less than stellar. I would avoid and choose another Ford dealer if they don't have bad reviews online. Hopefully our problems will be resolved. Glad I bought an extended warranty that will likely not cover an issue with the steering issues just a month after driving off the lot.

Provided by YP.comI purchased a used car from this dealership. They promised me they would service the car within 30 days of purchase because of some concerns I had with the car that they witnessed at the time I test drove the car. I was put off several times by the sales agent and shifted from manager to manager. until it had passed the time I could get the car repaired by the company.I was promised I could re-trade the car , but then told I couldn't>I got stuck paying for a car that had bad transmission problems that this company knowingly sold me without any intentions of paying for the repairs that theythey originally promised. I took this dealership to be a Christian Dealership that deals on honest level.
They treated me like dirt almost down right out discriminatory. They would not return phone calls or answer my complaints or concerns for two months. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone , especially if your credit is not perfect as they will treat you like dirt and possibly sell you a real lemon for a car. I advise you to get all promises in writing or you may end up paying for a lemon like I did.
