Went in to my appointment 15 minutes early and was told that someone would be with me shortly. Apparently shortly means around 45 minutes or so. My filing went fairly quickly, however the charge for their services turned out to be a little over $120 after I was quoted $75 over the phone earlier. If waiting and overpaying is your thing, this place is for you, otherwise, I wouldn't recommend it.
