When we brought our 5 year old to IMAA, we had no idea what to expect....we just knew we needed assistance in helping him recognize and respect boundaries, improve his willingness to focus and most importantly how to be in control of his body. He has grown in more ways then we could have imagined! Charles runs an amazing school! Our son wants to go to class everyday of the week!!

Innovative Martial Arts Academy is without a doubt the best martial arts dojo I have seen. Having trained in various styles over the last twenty years, IMMA is unique in that it truly allows someone to reach their potential through encouragement, wisdom, and constant training. I consider my training partners at IMMA as my extended family.

We have been going to IMAA for over 2 years and absolutely love it! The staff is fantastic with the kids and the adults! Not only do they teach martial arts but they also have lessons in character building. There are numerous options for class times and the class sizes are perfect! They also offer track out camps and kids night every so often! The entire staff is very patient and works so well with the even the most challenging children!

Innovative Martial Arts Academy is the best around.

My son has been going there since he was about four and he still loves it! The instructors are great with the kids, know how to have fun and when to be firm.

The adult classes are excellent as well, we will be with IMMA for a very long time. :)

My son started at IMAA about 4 months. They are absolutely great and so patient with the kids. I would highly recommend them!!!

IMAA is a great learning tool for young children. Not only does the Academy teach martial arts, but they also teach life learning lessons. During the time my 4-5yo son took classes at IMAA, he showed improved discipline at home, at school, in addition to having fun in the classes. He very much enjoyed his time at the Academy.



The owner and instructors there are friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help anyone that wants the extra help. Cali, one of the younger blackbelt instructors, was always willing to help my son with the additional Saturday classes he wanted.



I would highly recommend this Academy to anyone!!!

My 7 year old daughter and my husband both take classes here and love it. The instructors are patient yet demanding and push students for their best in every aspect of life. My daughter has gained confidence and a better self image because of her classes plus it was fun for her birthday party and track outs! I can't say enough good things about this dojo!!!

This is the absolute best martial arts school, the facilities are second to none, the instructors are caring and understanding; yet structured and disciplined with everyone. I've seen some of the older students that have come up thru their program, and they are respectful, disciplined, helpfull and also caring with all the younger kids. This is in my opinion the BEST martial arts school in the area.

IMAA is levels above other schools in the area.

Charles is a true representation of this fine art. He respects children as the individuals they are and passionately works with each one to build their strength and character. It is a pleasure to watch him share his passion.

We have all four of our children enrolled. They have a great schedule and the instruction is TOP NOTCH. This school does it right.

This is a well run facility with dedicated staff, eager students and a great experience for any age. Teaches discipline, respect, self esteem and defense for all. Highly recommend.
