Called and made an appointment for my dog to be bathe and nails cut for 2:00pm.At 3:45 I asked what was taking so long. She told me pick up time was at 6pm. Really? A 4 hr wait? When you have an appointment. ? Me and my husband were waiting on the store, I went and told him and we decided to get our dog,went back in grooming and told her I wanted to get my dog. I was informed she was wet. I decided to let them finish. After 40 more minutes they had her finished. I spoke to the manager about it ,he told me there was a 4 hr wait and It was on the paper I signed. The paper I signed was that if anything happened to my dog while at petsmart I was oking for them to take her to the vet next door. I normally give my dog a bath myself and let Petsmart cut her toenails but I'd haven't been out of the hospital long and wasn't able to do it. Thinking it would be better I was wrong. I'll never go back again. Very disappointing this trip to Petsmart

Price of an item was not correct by four dollars..when trying to get correct price from checker. .she pretty much walked away...very bad customer service..she refused to listen or look into the situation.
Manager was called to correct mistake...will not be returning to this particular petsmart

Second time the grooming department did a terrible job triming my dogs nails. The first time I went I waited for and hour . the girl said she couldn't find her nail grinder. The manager was of no help and told us that the groomer was going to a different petsmart because of complaints. She was rough with our dog and the manager agreed but told us that she was going to a different petsmart.. I guess to mistreat animals at another location? The groom was very frustrated and took it out on our dog. I can't even describe how angry I am that the manager did not even care. This place is horrible. They hire very low caliber people. Second time we had her groomed and the forgot to trim several of her nails. They said they were very busy. I will take my business else where. Management is very unprofessional.

it is good! i got a new puppy and the puppy center really helped.
