I got a 1/2 dozon cupcakes and couln't have been more disappointed. They were very pretty and i thought they would make a great dessert for company. I was looking forward to good bakery icing and cake. They had ABSOLUTELY NO taste what so ever! The frosting tatsted like nothing...maybe crisco? I can't believe they don't use real butter on a $2.00 cupcake. I thought the cake may taste better......NOPE! Next time i will make my own or just go to HARRIS TEETER. Any grocery store makes better cupcakes than this!!!!!

Several of my friends have health concerns such as gluten-intolerance and pre-diabetes. Sweet Loralee Pastries offers dessert treats that taste fabulous and can be enjoyed safely by everyone: like the dark chocolate-covered strawberries or the gluten-free chocolate cake. I'm all for a bakery that only uses all natural ingredients and cares about the health of its customers.

The Sweet Loralee pastries are the best I've come across in this area. It's probably a good thing it's several miles from where we live, or we'd all be there every day.

Sourdough Bread lovers, this is the place to go! Real sourdough just like you would get in SAN FRAN or NEW YORK city. Wonderful chocolate chip cookies crisp around the edges and soft in the middle. The day i was there i had a slice of pound cake, warm from the oven, just baked that day. I have had the Red Velvet cake which was to die for. This bakery also has flourless Chocolate cake "no flour substitute" just eggs, sugar, chocolate, if you are in Wake Forest go by SWEET LORALEE!
