Finding a good pet-sitter is not easy. So, when I found Leslie and learned how incredibly competent, professional and thorough she is, I was elated. Leslie's thoroughness is one of the first things that put me to ease about selecting her as a pet-sitter. Before I left town the first time, Leslie came to my house and took detailed notes on all three of my pets. She confirmed my appointment through her on-line service request. Additionally, and perhaps the most comforting are the daily notes I had access to while out of town!! My pets were WELL taken care of and I know that Leslie does what she says because my neighbors commented on seeing her walking my dog around the neighborhood. Also, during one of my trips I did not get home when I had intended -- although this panicked me a bit, I called Leslie and she happily went to my house to take care of my pets until I was home. All in all Leslie is top notch -- not only is she is great pet-sitter, she is a genuinely nice person. For as long as I am here in NC, I will utilize her services and have already recommended her to several friends. Signed, Tammy Root
