This is a hardware store that cares about its customers. We had numerous problems with a grill and documented our problems and numerous calls to the manufacturer. The staff and store manager, Wyatt, were so attentive and addressed our concerns, and I am pleased to say our issues were resolved quickly and to our satisfaction! We love the store and will remain loyal customers!

I've been going to the wake forest location for years now. Never had one issue until a certain employee began working there. Very rude, condescending, and impatience. I've never written a bad review in my life, until today. I will not and can not go back to this site, I shouldn't have to be treated like this especially when spending hard earned money. I love the owners here, but I can't return because of this employee. I'm afraid my patience has been depleted. Just wanted to let people know, like I said the owners are wonderful. If this employee is for some reason no longer working there, I will return and continue shopping there.
