Provided by YP.comCalled them to schedule a carpet restretch which they said would take under an hour. The first appointment I was told to expect them between 9 and 10. By 10:15 I called and was told that they forgot to call me but the van had broken down and it would be a few hours. I rescheduled and explained that I live 20 minutes away and this property is empty right now. I have a toddler that is very hard to entertain for hours in an empty house. We rescheduled for 9:30 Monday and Angel promised that that time wouldn’t change and that the guys would be coming straight from the store so couldn’t be late. Monday I got a call at 9:10 saying the guys were in Cary on another job but were on their way so 30 - 40 minutes. I was waiting at the house 30 minutes later. After an hour I called and was told that the guy (Henry) never left the job in Cary and that I could reschedule or leave a key. Both options clearly not convenient for me, the customer. Then Angel said she’d have them leave now so it’d be 30 minutes longer. Because I had already wasted so much time I agreed to wait. I waited 45 minutes and called again. Still 10 minutes out so my 30 minute wait was now an hour. Cary is not an hour away. I said if he wasn’t there in 10 minutes I would leave. At that point I started to be treated curtly. I ended up staying 20 minutes because I really didn’t want to come back. He never showed. I wasted 2 mornings and over 3 hours of my time with a cranky toddler and I have nothing to show for it. No idea what their flooring is like but their customer service is so bad I would never use them or recommend them. It is not that hard to stick to an appointment.
