Dolbeare Elementary School educates students in preschool through grade four and is located in Wakefield, Mass. It provides an environment in which children develop the skills and confidence necessary to achieve academic success, social skills and responsible behavior. The school library offers various learning resources, such as student book reviews, Web sites and ready references. The school council, composed of the principal, parents, teachers and community members plan various school improvement schedules. It offers an early morning activity and day care program, as well as an after school program, that includes swimming, arts and crafts, community service projects, homework assistance, science, group games, cooking, field trips, special interest clubs and sports. The school is a part of the Wakefield Public School District.
