Horrible service

Nightmare, never again.

Person answering phone is high on something. Hangs up the phone.

Garbage, nasty attitude.

I definitely do not recommend.

Service from this company was terrible!! Technician was not well trained. Technician broke part of my washer and tried to scoot out the door before I noticed what he had done. Meanwhile he never addressed the main problem of why I called this company. LAR told me the part would be replaced in 5 days and as of this writing it has been 3 weeks and I am still waiting for that part and my washer still hasn't been fixed for the problem that I called them about. Meanwhile I have 2 elderly people in the house and going to the laundrymat for them and myself is unacceptable!
