Owner was extremely rude the entire time I was at his shop. Ended up purchasing a pistol as my son had given me a gift certificate there...went to shoot the pistol and it would not shoot properly...called And spoke with the rude owner, Lenny, and he laughed over the phone and then said he couldn't do anything about it and that I should call sig. Called sig and they told me it was going to cost over $100 but they said the gun shop I purchased it from should have tested it and never should have sold it in the first place if it was not functioning properly. Thankfully I have a few friends that are certified Sig armorers and they straightened out the problem. Will never shop there again. Owner has very poor attitude and awful customer service skills. Besides all that his prices are extremely high. Universal Arms on Main St in wakefield has a much bigger selection and EXCELLENT customer service. Go there

guys are great and very helpfull
