I bought my truck here 3 months ago. Its been the service dept. 4 times for vibration/shaking issue. Met with the Service Manager and GM rep. today. Took them for rides and they both acknowledge the vibration problem but say thats what a truck suppose to drive like. My 2014 Ford F-150 did not do this. If you want your car's steering wheel to vibrate at various speeds... then buy your car at Paul Masse. GM has a huge issue with their trucks and its illustrated on AutoGuide.com, please read it before you buy. I just wanted my hard earned money back. Its a shame that Paul Masse will not stand behind his products when he says "You will be satisfied". I am not satisfied!
