I must say I have always been impressed with their customer service and their professional handling of my clothes! They have gone out of their way on several occasions to fast track my clothes so they are ready when I needed them. Definitely would recommend them.

I brought my nice winter raincoat for dry cleaning at Suburban as I knew that they did all work on site. The liner to my raincoat was removed and not returned with my order. I called when I discovered it was not there. No one called me back, I went to the store and they said they could not find it and would have the owner call me. I have called 2 more times and stopped in again. I STILL have not heard from the owner for an appoligy or any compensation. I will NEVER give my business to Suburban again and will tell EVERYONE I know not to go there. Poor customer service / LACK of customer service is unacceptable this day and age!
