This crew was barely literate and looked worse. They didn't show until 1200 hrs and stayed until 1900 hrs. The crew never introduced themselves, did not take photos of the house interior (for pre-move damage evidnence), didn't lay down any kind of floor protection. Worse, they broke several high-value items because the NTS goods were removed from the wooden crates and repacked into a hertz rental van. I asked them why they didn't leave the items in the crate (most damage was done on the day while moving the goods from protected wooded crates to the truck), they told me that AMC relocations doesn't own a flatbed truck and thus had to rent a hertz truck. AMC relocations are the worst movers I have seen in 22 years of service---please discontinue your contract with this joke of a company.
