MCS has been managing our computer network for just over 6 months now and we’ve seen a decrease in downtime, less headaches and more productivity! Our business has 14 computers and a server, I don’t know enough about computers to do all the work myself. I was on a deadline when, naturally, a virus blocked me from using my computer. All I knew was that when I went to log in a, (obviously), fake FBI logo appeared saying something about pirating and to send money to get my desktop back. I called MCS and after walking me through a few things they were able to take over and fix my computer remotely….they didn’t even have to come out, I was up and running in 20 minutes and far less stressed!
