The first time I came to Merchants the customer service was amazing! I was stressed out trying to find someone to do a wheel alignment early in the morning and once I called here they told me to come as soon as I can. Mr. Steve was so nice & welcoming! Nothing changed the next time I went in (which was tonight at the last minute trying to get an oil change). I wasn’t too sure how bad it was & he didn’t mind helping! I will not be returning to “Mr. Tire” because this is now my favorite auto place in town! Great job!

Unfriendly. Asked about tires that they had online, told me they didn't have them, couldn't get them, and was treated rudely when I asked why.

I've been there about 4 times and everytime I've gone the wait has been at least 2 hours just for an oil change and tire rotation on top of the fact that I've had an appoinment everytime. They were very nice but very slow.
