I love this place & it's the only place I'd board my babies (I have two dogs). I first started coming to Pocket Pooch six years ago; I use PPH for grooming and boarding. The level of service can fluctuate but there have been positive changes in management recently and the changes are obvious. If you haven't been there lately, give them a try again. If you're looking for a second home for your dogs or a grooming salon, this is the place. I highly recommend them.

Will never use this hotel again. My dog sustained injuries from a fall that the employees lied and neglected to inform me of. When I picked my dog up, I noticed apparent limping and asked did anything happen. Was told "NO" that my dog was fine the entire weekend. After taking my dog home, his limping did not go away, and when I called back I demanded that the employees on duty that weekend be called to re-ask was there anything that happened. Then I was called back and told that my dog sustained a fall from a chest level crate (I'm 5'9). My dog is only 12 pounds!! I can't believe they would lie and hold back such information from me. I demanded the owner be called because my pet needed to be taken to the hospital and they were going to pay for those charges!! I was referred to call the manager, who I had to ask was there a problem because she was so nasty. She proceeds to tell me her medical condition makes her that way. Well hey, thats a personal problem, and I'm sorry about that, but my dog was injured under your care! After the vet visit, it shows he sustained a torn ligament and extreme swelling which is preventing him from walking. This place is unfit, not well run and just pathetic. I will never in my LIFE take my dog here again. EVER, EVER, EVER!! My dog is my child and he means the world to me, and you should feel comfortable when trusting a so called reputable establishement to care for your animals. Please trust me, DO NOT take your animal here, please don't!

The services were horrible. The manager was not polite and it was on the side of the house. The inside did not look like a place I would want to keep my pet. I think the services could improve if the facility looked like a place for pets and not just a back room!!
