Senior Nutrition supports Congregate Dining and Home-Delivered Meals programs. The Congregate Dining program provides nutritious meals for senior citizens. Senior Nutrition is one of the services provided throughout St. Paul, Minn., and is offered by the Community Action Partnership of Ramsey & Washington Counties. The Community Action Partnership of Ramsey & Washington Counties was established in 1964 as a program of war on poverty. The organization provides services to low-income families through energy assistance and conservation programs. It supports Head Start and self-sufficiency programs. The organization is a member of the Minnesota Community Action Association, Community Action Partnership and National Community Action Foundation.
