Was recommended to by a friend and have no regrets. Great customer service and knowledge of work. They were very understanding of time when I needed some work. Will definitely keep supporting and recommending this business.

This place is careless. When I called to get a price for removing the illegal grade tint and putting legal grade back on for the MD inspection, they quoted me $220. $120 for removal of the old tint, and $100 for applying the new tint. When I arrived to get it done, the woman at the desk also told me $220. This process was split into two appointments. When I returned to get the new tint put on, a different guy was at the desk, and he charged me $240, saying both processes were $120. When I told him I'd been told differently, he said he wasn't in the position to fix that, and no one in that position was there at the time. So I paid the extra $20, and he offered me a free car wash, which I didn't take him up on because I was displeased by the quality they did with my windows. When they removed the tint during the first appointment, they left a mess. A solution had to be used to remove the tint, so they were soaking it, but didn't bother putting towels anywhere. They didn't even bother trying to mop it up either, so I left with everything soaked in that solution, which I had to try cleaning myself. What kind of detailers leave your car worse than you how you gave it to them? Not a huge deal, but they also stole a brand new car washing sponge from the floor of my back seat. It was still in its packaging and I don't see how they could mistakenly think they'd put it there themselves, or that it was in their way and had to be removed to do their job. Finally, there's a little bubble in the rear window tint, and it's already started to peel in the corner. $240 for that? Not worth it.

I must say I was extremely hesitant when my husband gave me a detailing package for Christmas. I am a very meticulous person but I must admit the guys at this establishment did a phenomenal job on my truck. Quality service means something to me and I plan on returning in a few weeks to have my two front doors tinted also.

I would give them negative stars if it allowed me too. I am a previous customer of this company and I recommended this company to my husband as he just bought a car and the inspection station would not pass him due to the car had window tint that wasn't legal. I spoke to Daryl and he quoted me a two for one deal to have the tint removed and come back after the car was inspected to put new tint on the car. When my husband arrived to have the tint removed he mentioned what the plan was and was told due to the size of the back window they must charge him $240 to have the tint put back on. When he came home he told me he was given different info from what I told him after I scheduled the appointment so I called Daryl back and explained to him that he quoted me $260 which would cover the cost to remove the tint and place more back on. He began to argue with me about how he speaks to several customers a day and he can't recall that conversation and he didn't have that amount written down in his appointment book. I told him so I just made this amount up after I gave him the car's year, make and model in order to get the price? I would not have bothered to use this company if we were going to be charged $340 to have tint taken off and place back on the car. I advised he was practicing bad business and because of him not honoring his quote he will lose us and everyone we know as customers. If you can't give people an actual amount after they give all required info about the car please don't advertise people to contact you to request a quote. We are very dissatisfied customers and I personally would not recommend this company. Very unprofessional and arguing with your customers do not get you anywhere but losing potential good loyal customer. I am not one to write reviews on companies, but I found this company online based on other people's positive reviews. Never again will they get my family and friend's business. We will take our business elsewhere.

Unexpected surprise! I randomly called in need of emergency tint job and they squeezed me into their busy schedule. I usually hate going to these type of places but Vega was quiet, safe and very hospitable to my infant son and I while we waited. I was suprised that they had a shuttle service to the mall, but I was comfortable watching CNN on the cutest little flatscreen. With cookies and coffee I could have waited all day, but they took care of the car in a little over an hour. Probably going back to detail my beloved BMW.

Awesome Place!!! . I took my 2012 Challenger to Vega to have my windows tinted, and let me say the job was amazing and perfect. I have gotten so many compliments on my window tint. I dropped my car off, and they shuttled me to wherever I need to go, they called me about 3 hours later for pick up, and when I arrived the car looked like a totally different car, and it was clean. I am going back to have a remote start installed this week, and would 100% recommend any and everyone to them. The staff is very proffesional, and knowlegable, and the whole atmosphere is just down right comfortable. Thanks Vega

I am so pleased with my experience today. I was able to get my car tinted at fair price and hassle free.. on a SUNDAY! I called, dropped the car off, and was shuttled back home. I got a call 2 hours later, got picked back up, and BAM! Done. These people are ultra professional, it's a comfortable, clean atmosphere, and the quality of work is excellent! I plan to go back to get my car detailed. I have a wish list that includes a remote start/alarm and HIDs. I'll definitely give them the business based on my experience today alone.

Vega is a great place to take your vehicle. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about the products and services they offer. I have been using them since they were in their other location. I would recommend them to whom ever is looking for a good solid place to take their vehicle to have work done. 5 Thumbs!!
