The mission of the Livingston Parish Fire Protection District 4 is to respond to all emergency situations in the parish for the purpose of protecting and saving lives and safeguarding property. The department strives to reduce the incidence of fire, loss of life and physical injury to civilians and fire personnel. The men and women of the department actively work to educate our community in fire protection strategies, prevent harm caused by fires, and to save lives and structures threatened by active fire incidents.
