Y'all have been great with me.

Honestly one of the poorest run post offices that I have ever heard of. The incompetence of the employees is like I've never seen. We have a box there and we either don't receive our mail, it gets destroyed or stolen. They also deliver our packages to other boxes and claim that it's a mistake and if those people were honest they would return them. They refuse to go get look for our packages and mail when a card is left in our box. They over charge for mailing just because they want too.  The customer service there is so bad and they refuse to do anything. Currently we are in contact with the Inspector General, Senator, Governor and the Congressman to try and get resolution on these matters. If that fails the media will be brought into it. We have been dealing with this for over 2 years now and it needs to stop. Walker Louisiana Post Office is the worst in the country and it's time that it's made to be held accountable for the shady employees.
