I was fairly new to the practice when I was recommended a fairly expensive procedure. I did that first one, however during and after the procedure I had lots of pain in another area. I setup the appointment for a second recommended procedure, however I had some questions about everything. While in the chair to have the second procedure done I was asking questions about cost and the procedure itself and what it all entailed. Dr Saba cut me off in the middle of my questions and told me I had to make a decision right then and there before I felt my concerns and questions were addressed fully. He then berated and yelled at me after being forced to make a decision without all the facts when I told him I had concerns still. Very unprofessional and rude. So agree with the others, office and office staff are super nice, however the doctor here is not one I would recommend to anyone. If you don't immediately agree to pay what could be large amounts of money it doesn't seem to go well.

Agree with the other review. They are very nice and probably do good work. However, after my first cleaning, they scheduled me for what I thought was a routine cavity filling. I was literally sitting in the dental chair, and realized they had ground one of my molars down and were fitting me for a crown. No one ever mentioned me needing a crown or could explain why I really needed one. I had insurance, but having to suddenly cover $600 that day is a lot on any budget. Their billing is also a nightmare. I got notices of amounts due all the time but when I call, they tell me nothing is needing paid or it's a different amount than what the statement says.

IF money is a concern this is not the dentist to go to. The dentist and staff are very friendly HOWEVER, they have no concern for how much of your money they are spending when doing work on your teeth. I was very upfront with them when I first went there, that I could not afford work that was not covered by my dental insurance. That at a minimum we needed to discuss any work that was not covered due to finances (at the the time I was dealing with being unemployed and fighting a debilitating disease). I started EVERY session with .....if this is not covered we need to talk first!!!!! Although I was assured that would be the case, imagine my surprise when I ended up with a bill that was thousands of dollars.
