China Chef is the only Chinese restaurant in town now + is your standard strip mall Chinese take out restaurant. They have tables; clean but not fancy. The staff are very pleasant + helpful. My hubby + I are disabled + we used to order from a different Chinese place in town because they had delivery service. They moved elsewhere + there is a Mexican place there now. China Chef is quite good. We don't eat from there as often as we would since my hubby has to pick it up. I'm mostly immobile + can't get there myself or we would order weekly at least. I love the boneless spare ribs, pork fried rice, + the sweet + sour chicken. The sauce is just the right mixture of sweet + tart without being too heavy. My hubby loves shrimp lo mein (they will make with jumbo shrimp or add shrimp if you request) + steamed dumplings. Our adult kids love the sesame chicken, crab rangoons, + General Tso's anything! LOL The portions are huge + a good buy for the price. We make 2 and sometimes 3 meals from one order! My absolute favorite item is Happy Family from the dinner menu. Outstanding! It's loaded with crab meat, roast pork, beef, lobster, scallops, + chicken with wonderful fresh, crispy, crunchy veggies! The fried rice is loaded with pork, chicken, beef, or shrimp + all the extra goodies. The spring rolls are crispy + fresh but alas, the egg rolls are usually a bit greasy. All other appetizers are quite good. The soups are a meal in themselves + the egg drop soup will cure a cold or flu faster than anyone's chicken variety! The kid's menu will usually cover most young ones wants but they can easily share with Mom or Dad + there's plenty for all. The lunch menu has a good variety of combinations with entree, choice of steamed or pork fried rice, egg roll + drink with quick service so you are on time getting back to work. They also have combinations on the dinner menu. There are selections for the Vegan customers + meals for the health conscious. No gluten or MSG! Plenty of parking!
