Employee james Coakley made this terrible time worst, after numerous phone calls to him trying to find out where the death certificate was after getting it ourselves from clerks office another employee Matthew found it in another clients folder. no appologies from them.

Not sure why this listing says BELMAR. The funeral home is in WALL. Our family has been going here for years. The O'Brien family is so pleasant, professional, and treats you with respect and care. I have been to other funeral homes in the area (most of them I think) and every time I think to myself, "I am so thankful that we don't come here." Other funeral homes aren't as cozy and the staff is never as nice. (And the 'person' never looks as good in the casket!!) Just give them a call and I bet you will tell the difference from that first phone call.
